Erik Wyman trained under Ajarn Mack Petry at Clarke Air Force Base in the Philippines. While training there, he competed (both sparring and forms) in the U.S. PACAF and local national tournaments.  He was promoted to 1st Degree Black Belt in 1987.  He has since taught in the Philippines, N.Y., Boston, and Atlanta. 

In addition to teaching LOTUS, Erik is currently studying Wing Chun Kung Fu and Jeet Kune Do.  He and his Wing Chun instructor plan to open a large school in the next 1-2 years. 

Currently living in the North Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, GA, Erik is starting a new LOTUS class that will be held at North Atlanta Dance Academy.  This class will serve to develop a core student base for his upcoming school, Dynasty Martial Arts Academy.  This school will offer LOTUS and Wing Chun Kung Fu, primarily.
