LOTUS SELF-DEFENSE WEBPAGE MISSION STATEMENT

The LOTUS Self-Defense website (www.lotusmartialarts.com) was launched online on November 1, 2005 by black belt Tucker Axum (022-13B) in order to provide a comprehensive online informational database for LOTUS, the unique Thai martial art created by Thai national Precha Mahachanavong.  This website's purpose is to be a central hub for all LOTUS practitioners (regardless of instructor and/or training location) and non-LOTUS practitioners seeking information about LOTUS.

The mission of www.lotusmartialarts.com is to continually strive to positively and fairly promote and display LOTUS to as many people as possible, as well as to preserve the history of LOTUS by being the most comprehensive and up-to-date source for LOTUS history.  This mission will be accomplished by showcasing and documenting LOTUS through letters, articles, interviews, pictures, videos, and other means.
